Welcome to B Golden Jewelry School! We are committed to providing you with the best possible experience. Before using our website, please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. You agree to all the terms and conditions mentioned below by registering for a class.

As a small business, we understand that life happens, which is why we have firm policies in place to respect both the student and instructor's experience. We know that life can be unpredictable, and circumstances can change unexpectedly. However, cancellation of classes can pose a significant challenge to our staff, instructors, and other students. To minimize this impact, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Before hitting submit, please double-check the day and time of the class you are signing up for is correct. We want to make sure you are enrolled in the class you want. The cancellation policy still applies if you miss a class. We kindly ask you to take a moment to confirm the details to avoid any scheduling mistakes. Thank you for paying attention to this!

Our established policy is created to ensure classes run smoothly for our students, instructors, and staff. We keep our class size small and often have a waitlist. Processing last-minute changes prevents us from offering that seat to another student as well as creating lost revenue for the business.

Cancellation policy If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, you may only reschedule once, and our CANCELLATION POLICY depends on the time leading up to the scheduled class.

Up to a week: a refund minus a 15% cancellation fee will be issued.

Within 7 days: a credit will be given to attend a future class minus a 15% cancellation fee.

Within 48 hours: no refund or credit given. No Show = No Credit.

Please arrive early to class as we aim to start promptly. If you are more than 15 minutes late, it will be considered a no show and you will be turned away. Please note that there are no refunds or rescheduling in such cases. Classes progress quickly, and it is challenging to provide a satisfactory learning experience for all participants when we have to catch up a tardy student during the class.

Class credit must be used to enroll in a class within a 60-day period after cancellation, or it will be forfeited. Again, students may only reschedule once.

Your tuition will be returned in full if BGJS needs to cancel a class. We have a two-person minimum for many of our classes, and on occasion, the minimum may not be met, so grab a friend to take a class with you!

Liability: The student acknowledges the potential risk of physical injury while participating in any jewelry classes offered by B Golden Jewelry School. Despite the school's efforts to maintain a safe learning environment, with well-trained instructors and properly maintained tools and equipment, the student agrees not to hold B Golden Jewelry School liable for any personal accidents or injuries sustained during a class or on the premises.

Visiting Instructor Workshops

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and circumstances can change unexpectedly. However, cancellation of classes can pose a significant challenge to our visiting instructors who travel from afar to teach at our jewelry school. To ensure that our visiting instructor classes run smoothly and efficiently while also respecting the time and effort of our instructors, we have established the following cancellation policy for students:

1. If a student cancels their enrollment more than 30 days before the start of the class, they will receive a refund less 5% of their tuition fees.

2. If a student cancels their enrollment between 15-30 days before the start of the class, they will receive a refund less 50% of their tuition fees.

3. If a student cancels their enrollment less than 15 days before the start of the class, they will not receive a refund of their tuition fees.

4. In the case of a medical emergency or other extenuating circumstance that prevents a student from attending the class, we may consider transferring the student to a future class taught by the same instructor, subject to availability and at the school's discretion.

5. If a student fails to attend the class without any prior notification, they will not receive a refund of their tuition fees and will not be eligible to transfer their enrollment to a future class.

We understand that situations beyond a student's control may prevent them from attending a class, and we will do our best to accommodate such situations. However, we also need to ensure that our visiting instructors are compensated fairly for their time and effort, and that our classes run smoothly and efficiently.

Payment and Refunds

B Golden Jewelry School uses Arlo booking site for all payments related to our website. By using our website, you agree to Arlo's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

All payments made through Arlo are subject to our Refund Policy.

B Golden Jewelry School owns the website and all its contents. You may use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

You are prohibited from using our website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to copyright infringement or misuse of trademarks.
